Bio:
Nastasija (Nana) is a Serbian-British visual anthropologist who combines her passion for cultural exploration with visual expression. Her fascination with human stories, especially ones revolving around food, draws on her experience as a chef in Italy, Berlin, and London. Nana is also interested in exploring the field of more-than-human/multispecies anthropology and topic of identity building.

Context:
Nana is a 2024 graduate of BA Anthropology & Visual Practice at Goldsmiths, University of London and she got involved with KONTEKST through the university network before the collective was officially formed. Nana’s Foraging Collective - founded with an intent of fostering a horizontal and non-hierarchical organisation - was a big inspiration for the framework of KONTEKST Collective.

2023: Nana helped facilitate the Visual Anthropology Films event which featured her film Creolization.
