Bio:
Junes is a filmmaker and new media artist who uses the language of guerrilla cinema and DIY video-game development tools to archive and re-appropriate real-life spaces. In her practice, Junes uses digital mixed-media as a way to bypass the financial, technical and legal constraints of the physical world, creating new forms of bonds and spatial awareness out of environments that have been rendered hostile or inaccessible.

Context:
Junes became involved with the collective upon submitting her film for the festival open call.
